Genghis' bug seems to occur if you sided with another leader, then during the "truce" you decide to side with Genghis. To fix this bug I started a firefight inside the Crucible. Kill all the minor NPCs (the others cannot die) to avoid further trouble. Then, to open the door, use the command panel (' key) click with the mouse cursor on the door you want to open, scroll until the desired port appears in the list of elements. Type "unlock" and hit enter. Close the command panel and open the door. Only thing that solved my problem.
