Bass-wise, the Blessing 2 has a more natural response while the S8 Pro has more boost and that plasticky BA feel. Midrange, the S8 Pro pushes vocals forward even more than on the Blessing 2. For just $329 we’re getting the performance closer to $500+. Blessing 2 Dusk, My IEM Endgame. Same, don't really see a point in upgrading when you factor in diminishing returns. My own endgame is the Dunu EST 112.
