Not sure why it would be throwing a code for that, but it is possible. The tune should have rendered the EGR obsolete and therefore replacing it would be a waste of money. That is if the tune is for a full delete. If so, check the electrical connection directly under the throttle body valve (still weird saying that). The codes is was throwing were P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Performance, U0401 - Invalid Data from the PCM, and C0212 - PCM indicated Traction Control. They were able to recreate the issue at the dealer and followed the flowchart and ended up replacing the PCM.
