Took my exam on July 1st feeling prepared after doing both a review course (Anderson NCLEX Review through Fitzgerald ...I lifted all the pain and frustration to the Lord. My Reference: Saunders & UWORLD and NCLEX Mastery. I took NCLEX last 01/28/2021 4 years in the making. Good way to start the year! After 2 hrs after the test was able to get the result right away. I got another date for February 24.I’ve heard that when you make it to 145, whether you pass or fail is dependent upon if you get the last question correct. I’ve heard that if you get the last question right, then you pass. I hope that’s not true because I’m nearly certain I got my last question wrong today. Less than 10 questions about OB/peds. Questions are very vague compared to UWORLD so really know your rationales. Got the NCLEX completion email as soon as I got to the parking lot. Did the PVT 5 times and got the bad pop-up each time.

I also only had one drug calculation, one ABG and one ECG question. My advice is to expect to take the full 145 because it definitely caught me off guard.No. Similar to the first question, you can pass or fail the NCLEX at the 145 question mark. If your final score places you above the passing threshold, then you passed, and if not, then you failed. Getting drawn out to 145 questions can mean multiple things, which leads us to the next question.…
