I have a 2018 6.7L Cummins. This morning, 1st day below 66.9 degrees, my truck threw the code, P2609. I replaced the air filter (it needed it anyway), cleared the code and came right back on. I'm getting 12.94VDC across the battery side of the relay and 4VDC (engine off) from the ECM and 4.5VDC (engine on) from the ecm.
