Stripping membranes at 2 cm dilated
Doctor told me yesterday I was 3 cm dilated and 90% effaced. He stripped my membranes and told me he thought I'd go into labor in 24 hours. That was 22 1/2 hours ago and no signs of progress!M. I was 38 + 2. I was only 1-2 cm dilated and she was able to get in enough to do a small sweep.

Like Dottie, I had my membranes stripped yesterday morning and still no labor--just a lot of contractions that led no where. Disappointed! I am due in exactly a week.
